When you request a quotation or sample, we may collect your name, company and contact details, delivery country, product requirements, messages and uploaded artwork.
Why we use it
We use this information to review production feasibility, prepare and follow up a quotation, answer your enquiry, arrange a sample or order, and meet legal or accounting obligations. The legal basis is your request before a possible contract, performance of an order, legitimate business administration and, where requested, consent.
Sharing and international processing
Information may be processed by the website/form hosting service, communication providers and, where necessary for an agreed order, logistics or professional service providers. As EG Label operates in Türkiye, information submitted from another country may be processed in Türkiye.
Retention
Enquiry records and artwork are normally retained for up to 24 months to prepare quotations and support repeat enquiries, unless a longer period is required for an order, legal obligation or dispute. You may ask us to delete an inactive enquiry earlier where legally permitted.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent by contacting us. You may also contact the data-protection authority in your country.
Cookies and measurement
